At STFaucet.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Free Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number.
2. Cancellation After 48 Hours
If more than 48 hours have passed since your order was placed, the following cancellation fees will apply:

$1,000 to $4,999.99 | 50% of the original price |
$5,000 or more | 75% of the original price |
These fees cover administrative costs, processing fees, and restocking charges.
3. Non-Cancellable Items
Orders that have already shipped, or are in the process of being custom-built, assembled, or prepared for freight, are not eligible for cancellation.
Large quantity orders (total quantity of 15 units or more) are subject to cancellation denial regardless of order value, especially if they are already in production or committed for fulfillment.
Special/custom orders may have specific cancellation terms outlined at the time of purchase.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
5. How to Cancel an Order

Be sure to provide your Order ID, name, and reason for cancellation.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
In the event a customer’s cancellation request is denied and they choose to initiate a chargeback through their bank or credit card provider:

STFaucet.com will submit all supporting documentation, including signed invoices, email communications, and shipping records, to dispute the chargeback.

Please note that chargeback investigations can take 30–90 days or longer, and funds may not be returned to the customer if the bank rules in our favor.

We strongly recommend resolving any issues directly with us first to avoid unnecessary delays and complications.
7. Lien Rights
In cases where:

A chargeback is filed when an item is in production or about to be shipped

A balance remains unpaid,
STFaucet.com reserves the right to file a lien on the related products, project, or job site, as permitted by applicable law. This may include pursuing legal remedies and collection actions until full payment is received.

STFaucet.com reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
